Franklin brings over 38 years of experience spanning technology, business development and leadership training. He began his career as a computer programmer and systems analyst, developing expert systems for organisations, which gives him a practical, hands-on view of how technology changes the way people work.
Today he designs and delivers Generative AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Google Workspace Gemini and AI automation training for corporate and government clients across Malaysia, Brunei and India. He is an ICDL AI and Microsoft 365 Copilot certified productivity coach, and an adjunct lecturer in International Business, bringing an educator's structure to every workshop: clear outcomes, guided practice and immediate application to real work.
